Gwyn is a great communicator -- quick to provide updates on showings, questions asked by the buyer, and offers. She's open to questions; quick to respond. She listens well. Gwyn encountered many setbacks as she helped us sell our property. Her attitude was always "we can do this..." She was encouraging, thoughtful, and honest. We trusted her opinion and gave heed to her suggestions. We never wondered if Gwyn had our best interests at heart. I would highly recommend her services.
