Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

Gwen is a friendly agent with lots of experience. She helped us sell a mobile home we inherited while we live out of state. She kept an eye on the market conditions and helped us come up with a realistic listing price when the market fared worse than expected. She answered our questions as they came up and was always willing to chat. Additionally, Gwen waited at the mobile home one day for a repair man to come and fix a lock when she had trouble locking it up after showing it. She is willing to go the extra mile to help her clients, and she was also an encouragement to us through the process.
