Gwen makes the home buying and selling process a pleasure! She is so well organized and always available to answer any questions or calm any worries during the process. We have used her twice now to buy homes and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences. She is very detail oriented and knowledgeable about the region and the ins and outs of real estate. We would recommend her to anyone!!!
We recently worked with Gwen Mazzeo when looking for a home in the Swedesboro area. We are first time home buyers, moving from NYC so we needed a lot of help and guidance. From the beginning Gwen was incredible and she went above and beyond her role as realtor. She guided us to finding our perfect home and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She was truly our advocate throughout the whole process, particularly when small things with the home-buying process went awry. She was there for us every step of the way and made sure we understood every part of the process. We couldn’t have done it without Gwen!!
Gwen is simply the best there is! She helped us find the perfect home for my mom. Not an easy task given that my mom was living in Arizona and had recently lost her husband. I was looking for "the perfect" home for her (not too big, not too small, a little yard, but not much upkeep, not too many stairs, but not a ranch, close to me in Delaware, but close to my children in New Jersey, and a nice neighborhood. Oh.. and by the way, we are on a tight budget). Where most realtors would have laughed and run away, Gwen accepted the challenge! She found houses, showed us homes in the pouring rain, crawled into attics, went through inspections, and discovered leaks. She walked with us through the contract, held her breath and crossed her fingers with us, and stayed right beside me throughout the closing process. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Gwen not only knows her work, she gets to know her client, and treats her client as if she were working with her own family member. I can't say enough about the her ethic, her talent, and her commitment. Gwen is absolutely one in a million!

Gwen, simply the best. Gwen said she would be family by the time our house was sold and she was right. And like family she had our best interest at heart. She worked tirelessly to sell our house with numerous open houses. She also helped us get rid of furniture when we couldn’t find anyone to take it. When the home inspection of the house we planned on buying was bad, she found the discrepancies on the seller’s disclosure that enabled us to cancel the purchase. When our movers didn’t show up on move day, she found us a couple of young men to help us and our family move. She kept telling us not to worry and she was working on ‘getting the stars aligned’ and she was right. We would highly recommend Gwen to anyone buying or selling a home. You will be in good hands.
