We have known Gwen for 8 years. She helped us lease two houses subsequently and most recently is helping us buy a house. We were relocating from out-of-state 8 years ago and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She is extremely knowledgeable about the areas, the assets, and the process. She is very responsive. She was always ready to fight for what we wanted but explained what was reasonable to expect so the negotiation process was always smooth and all parties were happy. We wholeheartedly recommend her and will definitely call her again next time.
