Gwen represented me as the buyer. We were approved for a modest amount for the Bay Area. Trying to stay within the budget we thought where we current resided-Belmont/San Mateo area was out of our budget. We found a home in San Mateo and jumped on it with no hesitation. We wanted it bad, knowing we were in a lot of competition we gave our best offer and won. Gwen is based out of San Mateo so he knew the the market like the back of his hand. He gave his best and helped us strategize and got us into our first home. Even after closing on the house, he still keeps in contact with us. He is very patient, knows the market and kept us well-informed during the whole process. The Best!
