After the first day, approximately 7 parties had toured the house. we got four offers over the asking price the next day. on day two, 8 parties toured the home and on day three, 8 more parties came through. on day four we got two higher offers, both over asking price and one was all cash. we accepted that offer and in about 23 days, we closed the sale.
