We were looking to buy a house in the West Palm Beach area. We had spoken with several real estate agents and most were not listening to our needs. We then reached out to the Tricoli team based on excellent online reviews. Jennie Michuda took the lead and she spent time listening. She knew that we had no hard deadlines to find a house, so it might take a few months before we would actually buy something. Jennie was happy to work within those parameters. She found us a number of listings and she listened to what we liked and what we did not like, so she could better tailor future listings to our needs. We eventually targeted a couple of developments and specific floor plans in those developments. What we wanted was not currently on the market, but we were willing to wait and Jennie was too. Then, more than four months after starting our search a house that checked most of our needs came on the market and we were able to buy it. Jennie then worked with us during the rest of the process through closing. During the entire process, Jennie was extremely professional and responsive to all of our questions and desires. I can’t recommend the Tricoli team and Jennie more highly.
