I had lived in the house for 35 years but over time the repairs started adding up. My husband died in 2000 and I had no one to help me keep up with them and when I got to the point where I wanted to sell I started looking for a good realtor. I did like everyone else does and I went to google and Ryan Garcia from Tricoli Realty popped up as the best there is. I called on a Thursday and Ryan was at my house on the following Monday. Ryan was very nice and I felt that he would be honest with me and get me what I thought my house was worth. I was right.
