Everyone on the team was kind and friendly and responded to our questions in a timely manner. Ryan worked with us to meet our special needs. The pictures of the house and property were professionally done and represented the house and property in an accurate and attractive light. The process was explained to us in terms we understood as we had not sold a house in many years. Showing were requested with enough time to allow us to prepare for the showing. Ryan kept in touch with us and responded immediately to any of any questions or concerns. Ryan was very positive throughout the entire process. His negotiation skills were excellent and he was able to get a top price for our home. We were familiar with Jeff's Team as they had done an excellent job selling our daughter's house several years ago and they also excelled with the sale of our house.
