Let me start off by stating that my experience with the Tricoli team was absolutely incredible from the first contact through closing! I contacted the team through their Zillow listing of the property. The property was a 2-hour drive away from my current place of residence. My contact at Tricoli was Chris Dubois. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual throughout the process. I had arranged a virtual tour of the property and then 2-days later an in person tour, Chris was where he said he would be and when. After, he over communicated every action required of me every step of the way. He arranged for a property inspection that was both punctual and professionally conducted. When closing time arrived Chris again arranged a virtual meet, upon my request. Chris allowed me to see the property was in a ready to close state and closing was conducted 10-days ahead-of-schedule. I would recommend the Tricoli team to everyone needing Realtor services. I would definitely use them if I need future services.

4.9 Stars. I would highly recommend the Tricoli Team. When I first listed my townhouse for sale. I interviewed eight realtors. Ryan from the Tricoli Team was my top choice for a while, and then I made a decision to go with another realtor… That was a mistake. The other realtor had my listing for 4 months, and they had maybe five or six showings the entire time. After that listing expired, I called Ryan back and I’m glad that I did it. The Tricoli team did a great job and I can see why they were able to get my house sold. The listing they created was superior, the follow up was always excellent… within the first couple of days in my listing, I had already had more showings then I had had for months with the other realtor and within a month I had a contract for my “happy number”. The only reason that they didn’t get that last 1/10 of a star is because a few members of their team were not always sharing information, and I had to repeat messages a couple of times to multiple people on the team. But otherwise it was an absolutely fantastic experience overall. Very professional very responsive.. and they got the job done

She is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and genuinely cares about her clients and has their best interest at all times.
