Over the course of 9 months Josh never pushed or pressured us and met us at multiple listings. His product knowledge of luxury jumbo homes, ability to navigate the murky world of underwriting and overall ability to set all your concerns at ease separates him from other agents. I’ve been eyeing this place before construction even start always had to pass by the location, once I seen construction was almost done I have a past co-worker who start working in real estate and sure enough his office was working with the builders to selll the homes, I got information from Matt who works for the office went to the open house to see how the homes looks and see if my partner and I wanted to buy a home in this community and that’s when we meet Brielle, Brielle was very informative and always stayed in contact if I had questions she was available and answered them.
