I would HIGHLY recommend The Tricoli Team, and I will tell you why. My husband and I had our home listed with another agent for six months. They were unsuccessful in selling our home. Unsure of the issues with our agent, but we had 2-3 offers and they all ended up backing out. Also, all offers were below asking price.
