What an experience. I was very pleased with the Tricoli Team. From listing my house to closing they were very informative. My agent, Chase was great. If I missed his call, he would always call me back. He kept in touch with me the whole time. I moved out prior to the closing and he assisted me with my move. He was able to refer me to a realtor where I was moving. His referral was very helpful and was able to assist me in a purchase. Selling your house can be stressful. Don’t be stressed out call Tricoli Team at Keller Williams they will not disappoint you. I would refer Chase to help you with a listing or a sale of your home.

My sister and I inherited a condo from our brother and called Tricoli Team. our point of contact was Chase Caccamo. The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.

Chase Caccamo was an excellent agent. He took time to talk to us and understand what we needed in the beginning before we signed. Chase, Neil the entire team at Tricoli kept in contact throughout the process on a weekly basis letting us know how the process was going. If there were questions, there was always a timely response. We had issues with the title company. Tricoli team kept fixing whatever technical problems we we having. Before the closing, due to issues with title company, Chase was on the phone or texting numerous times a day. This closing was a challenge but Chase and the Tricoli team made it as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Chase Caccamo and the Tricoli team if you are selling or buying your home.

From choosing Tricoli for its high ratings my experience with them exceeded my expectations. From my initial meeting with Chase to sign the listing agreement to a complete marketing strategy I knew the property was well marketed. I received a full price offer within weeks. Once sold , the Tricoli “transaction” team went to work to assure a smooth closing. I was referred by Tricoli to a title company who was excellent in processing the close of the sale. Josh was amazing, as soon as he arrived on any property we looked he was in control. He asked all the questions, surveyed the property for any red flags and immediately followed up with us regarding any issues. I will definitely be sending anyone in the market to him!
