Josh has a very keen eye when viewing homes and is able to provide a lot of information on what repairs a home may need and their approximate cost. This was extremely valuable to us as we were assessing our options and deciding what properties to make offers on. I also feel that Josh did a great job of keeping us updated on real estate market conditions. When the “right one” came along, we felt confident to act quickly and make an offer that would be successful, because we did have that market knowledge. The experience w/ the Tricoli team was remarkable. The entire process was professional, well structured, informative, and nothing less than above and beyond. In general, if I had to give a rating from 1-10 I would most certainly give a 15. I would highly recommend them with no reservations. I couldn’t ask for a more capable group to help. I spent 10 months trying to sell my unit on my own with not a lot of success. When I got in touch with the Tricoli team within a month and a half they found the right buyer and were able to help me move on with a unit I was having a rough time selling because of how difficult the market has become. Us a seller you may don't want hear all fees and process that takes to sell, however I appreciated to hear from the beginning that get surprised down the road.
