If I missed his call, he would always call me back. He kept in touch with me the whole time. I moved out prior to the closing and he assisted me with my move. We had an exceptional experience working with the Tricoli Team to purchase our new home. We were relocating from Fort Lauderdale and our realtor, Josh Malenfant, went out of his way to educate us about communities in Palm Beach that could be a good fit for our family. When there were times we could not drive up to view a home right away, Josh always made himself available to give us a virtual tour. Josh has a very keen eye when viewing homes and is able to provide a lot of information on what repairs a home may need and their approximate cost. This was extremely valuable to us as we were assessing our options and deciding what properties to make offers on. I also feel that Josh did a great job of keeping us updated on real estate market conditions. When the “right one” came along, we felt confident to act quickly and make an offer that would be successful, because we did have that market knowledge.
