As everyone knows, selling a house can produce a tremendous amount of anxiety and it’s so important to have a professional walk you through all the steps. For the seller, there is a tremendous amount of anxiety, and so we were very pleased with the assistance that we received. Brandi Brandt was the leading person that we had contact with. She was always there for us. If we called her and she didn’t answer immediately, she would call us back very soon. Reliability was definitely her middle name. The start with we had to make a list of upgrades that were carefully screened and sent to the potential buyers. after this step, the photographer had to take color pictures of the house.
