Guy and George were all of the things you would want in a real estate agent and more - not only were they on point at every turn and worked incredibly hard helping us find and buy our home, in addition they were both available, personable, and genuinely cared about us finding the place that fit us best. They each possess real, first hand knowledge of the North Shore (with which we were completely unfamiliar - moved from out of state) including insight into the history and current patterns of the area. Neither was afraid to share their real opinion about some detail or trade-off, and for us this made all the difference. We saw a lot of homes, and a lot of different types of homes, and I we couldn't be more happy with our choice. To say that Guy and George went above and beyond would be a vast understatement. Highly highly recommend.

Our relocation came up suddenly mid-June and and our big hope was that we could move before our son had to start school. Guy made a pretty tight deadline in a competitive market as stress free as humanly possible. It's clear that he really enjoys educating buyers through the entire process: the search, the contracts, the inspection process, etc...and he's GREAT at it. You will never feel rushed; you will have all your questions and concerns addressed. We were so grateful to have found this level of expertise and responsiveness at a time of such unexpected upheaval. His sense of humor and calm nature are solid bonus features! Best part: he found us a home we adore.
