Guy is patient and discerning. He understands how buyers and sellers of real estate interact and can navigate twists and turns in the road -- some of which you didn't even realize were there to begin with. I had a buyer try to whittle down my price by thousands of dollars; he first offered more than asking price with a pre-approval from the bank -- but later said that the bank wouldn't finance it. Guy and I determined the exact amount we could pin the buyer down to -- with all of his goodwill money on the line he had to take the counter offer. It was brilliant. There were a few offers that came in to begin with, but Guy was savvy enough to realize how some prospective buyers were more credible and serious than others. One wanted to use Guy as the seller's agent as well as the buyer's agent (my-side of the transaction). I had already expressed my disinterest in such a situation, should it occur, so Guy declined the purchaser's request. After that -- we never heard from them again. They were probably trying to work Guy "both sides to the middle" which would have most likely meant a less optimal situation for me. I was glad we avoided that situation and am glad I used Guy for the purchase of my 5 bedroom Cocoa Beach house. It is beautiful; just what I wanted. Thank you so much Guy.
