Guy Miracle

Guy really is a miracle. Our appraisal came in lower than our accepted offer we put on the home. Guy wrote the most amazing letter to inform the seller how much we loved the home and explained to them that this could happen with the next buyer if they backed out. We met in the middle and the seller accepted the adjusted price! Guy had an answer for all our questions and was so responsive. He was there every step of the way and we are so glad we got to shared our first home buying experience with him! We wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!! He’s the best!! We have already recommended him to two of our friends for their home purchase!

Guy is amazing. We were coming from a Realtor looking to fish for a commission and wanted to put us in any house to to get paid. Guy took the time to make sure we found what we wanted and were taken of. He could be reached at practically any time and helped us get a house in this crazy SoCal Market. After we made an offer he hired a team of people to go through and make sure everything was on the up-and-up and also worked to negotiate after the appraisal.
