Guy was great. I am very blunt and to the point and being from the Bossier area I wanted someone I did not know personally. I had try to sale by owner for 2 months before I contacted Guy he was very open and honest. Guy said the 2 months I was trying to sale my house were always the slowest 2 months in the industry across the board he even recommended that I try for one more month and then call him but said no and signed up. I really appreciated his honesty. Guy had my house sold in about 6 weeks and everything that he could control went smooth. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars on NEGOTIATION is because he works for you the customer so he is only as good as his clients will let him be.
Guy is a really great realtor. He was there for us with negotiation, our random questions, and helped prepare us for anything that may come up. He is amazing to work with, buying or selling.
