My experience has left me to believe that Guy and Jacqueline are one of Madison's best kept secrets. I appreciated how transparent they were throughout the whole process, explaining every detail of the home buying process, and explaining what is going on behind the scenes, which was very helpful for a first time homebuyer. This gave me all the knowledge and tools I needed to take the home search process into my own hands, to search quickly for the kind of home I was looking for independently, rather than waiting for a search to send me an email every few days.  Once I found the home, they were great at negotiation as well, beating out two other offers to get mine accepted.  Very responsive by phone, they were very good at answering all my questions. Overall, I felt swept off my feet. They were so successful at navigating the process, especially during the pandemic when home-buying had presented many obstacles.

Guy has been my agent twice in the last 14 years. He helped me purchase my first home. Recently, he helped me sell and buy a new home. Guy is quick to respond to requests, is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and is easy to work with. He makes the whole process less stressful by helping you communicate with others to get all the details in order for buying/selling.
