Initially going into the homebuying process I really didn’t know what to expect. I had never even been to El Paso before and had no clue what the market was like. Luckily, I was blessed with a fantastic, knowledgeable, motivated, and professional real estate agent. Gustavo helped me purchase a home within my means even though I was hundreds of miles away. I gave him some parameters in what I was looking for and he found multiple homes and provided me with in-depth walk-through videos and objective commentary what he thought of the property. All the paperwork needed was sent in PDF and signable formats, he also managed to handle all the earnest money, inspections, and contract paperwork. Gus is “fire and forget” type of individual, just tell him what you’re looking for and he can make it in no time. I couldn’t recommend a better real estate agent than Gustavo if you’re considering purchasing a home in the sun city! 10/10 recommend.

Gus was amazing to work with. I had to find a new agent after my first one refused to understand or cooperate with me and my needs. I am almost glad that happened because I ended up meeting and working with Gus. I was purchasing a home virtually and he provided so much reassurance. Gustavo (Gus) Aguilar helped us find and buy our perfect house. We were trying to find a house on a long distance basis since we didn't live in Texas. Everyday, Gus would search for homes and send us links of those he thought we would like. But more importantly, if we told him we were interested in a house, he would go see the house and video call us that same day if possible. Because our home was a new construction he had a cleaning service come and clean our home before and after we moved in, free of charge. He knew El Paso and the surrounding areas, given us information and recommendations of places to visit, helping us get familiar with the area.Although this was our first house we purchased, we had other realtors before a few years back, and Gus was outstanding compared to the others.
