My wife and I had a great experience with Gustavo! He was very communicative throughout the entire experience and made sure we had all the tools and information we could possibly need as we bought our first property. Finding the right property and actually buying it can be very difficult in Mimai, but with Gustavo we found and closed on our condo extremely fast! I don't recommend the services of Gustavo Abdelnour. After the sale I used Gustavo as a buyer's agent. Did not have complaints at the begining, but further down the road he prioritized his personal problems and abandoned the deal for weeks. His service attitude, highly deteriorated. He did not even return phone calls. If you value your housing investment, try a different option.
Gustavo was excellent - we were out of town buyers and Gustavo helped arrange the showing, did market analysis to help us understand a good offer price and relentlessly negotiated for us to get it. Our offer was not the strongest, but his persistence and attention to detail helped pull off this deal.
