Gus is very professional. He knows the market. He met with us, took the ball and ran with it! We had a house to sell and wanted to sell it as soon as possible. Gus gave us the options ,told us what needed to be done and said he would walk us through it and handle everything and not to worry. That is exactly what he did! The house sold quickly, no issues and closed escrow quickly. We could not be happier. Will absolutely recommend Gus and if we ever need another house to buy or sell we will call him!

Gus was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and knew how to help us the correct way. He went out of his way to find the perfect home for me and my family and thanks to him, we are now enjoying a much bigger and beautiful house. He always met deadlines and kept us in the loop of what was going on. I definitely recommend Gus for any real estate needs. I look forward in working with him in the future. Thanks Gus!
