Gundi Simmons

I began with no recommendations of a realtor and clicked the button on Zillow to have an agent contact me. Gundi was not the first person to call me that Sunday morning, but he was the first personable one to call. He is very easy to work with and friendly. He knows the area. He picks up when you call. He genuinely cares and shows what you want to see. Most importantly he will guide you through ever step of the process, every contract, explain what things mean, and recommend what you should be selecting/asking for with your best interests in mind. But watch out, he may come over and play pool with you after the sale :).
