Gundi has an exceptional knowledge of the condo market in south Florida, is a master negotiator and knows how to close a deal. My husband and I never wavered in our belief that we partnered with the right person to fight for us! At the time we signed the contract we were demoralized as we had tried for 6 months and had received no valid offers. The HOA had created so many issues that we were fearful the condo would be impossible to sell.
