Helen and Guillermo are the owners of Lopez & Hurst Realty, they have been happily married for over thirty years and have two wonderful children. They have lived in the Greater Miami area for most of their lives and are happy to call South Florida home.
They founded Lopez & Hurst Realty and have been helping their clients realize their real estate dreams since 2012. Their mission is to provide the highest quality service as worry free as possible for their clients. They are proactive and try to anticipate situations before they become a problem. Their mission in instill in all their associates. Lopez & Hurst does not hire lots of agents, they hire the best.
Guillermo’s background includes working as a real estate appraiser in the 1990’s, this was his introduction to real estate. This skill comes in very handy when working with sellers and buyers in establishing what a property will appraised for. In addition, it makes dealing with appraisers much easier. He first obtained his real estate sales associate license in 2002 immediately thereafter he acquired the real estate broker license in 2003.
He brings in the numbers involved in every transaction be it selling or buying and explains it in simple terms in order to help the client make an intelligent decision every step of the way. A clear head is very important in the negotiation process and he serves his clients interest by being levelheaded during all phases of the transaction.
Helen has been involved in telecommunications for over thirty years but after her company moved out of South Florida, she decided to join her husband in 2012. She brings with her organizational skills and information technology know how and an amazing personality. She is very personable, enjoys working with people and is always going to go out of her way in order to satisfy a client's need.
