After ditching my first agent, Guillermo was referred to me by another agent whose family I have known for nearly 40 years. I have a reputation with them for honesty, so they have always been sure to connect me with only honest people. Guillermo was not only highly skilled and honest, but was willing to bend over backwards to achieve the results I had in mind. I now tell the agent's family not to use her (their own mother/ aunt) but to use Guillermo instead.
