I used Guillermo for my first home purchase and the experience was fantastic. A couple years went by and it was time to start another chapter in my life which I contacted Guillermo to put my home in the market for sale. Guillermo is very motivated and uses top of the line technology (virtual tour, drone videos, very modern) which definitely helps out during this time of COVID-19. The house was only listed in the market for 2 days and we received an offer of asking price. I wasn’t expecting it that fast but felt great. Due to it being that quick I needed to find my new home. Guillermo went straight to work. Guillermo works with your schedule and is very flexible with his hours. In a 2 weeks , I was able to find my new home in a prime location (Doral) at an amazing price! Great personality and does not stop looking, until he finds you that perfect home. Has a lot of knowledge in real estate and treats you like you are his only customer. Anything you need or you find something, he will reply in a manner of minutes. I would highly recommend him and looking forward in his assisting me when I decide to look for an investment property.
