Guillermo Altamirano (Memo) represented us in the purchase of our brand new home that was being built. Even with new build you can encounter problems, so he was there for our inspection to ensure all standards were met to his standards (he will normally spot things a typical buyer wont catch or know what to look for when doing an inspection).
