I used Guillermina's service as a realtor to purchase my first home and to sell it 12 years later. Also, she assisted me to find my new condo in Grant Park, Atlanta. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Also, she negotiated well the price for the house that I sold to be able to purchase my new condo. She is really good at planning activities related to selling and purchasing homes, I closed on my sale on Friday and closed on my new condo the following Monday. I was able to smoothly complete both transactions allowing me to get enough time to move from one place to the other.
