I know Guillean from high school. Saw her billboards all over the peninsula area around 2020 so started following her and Kinetic Real Estate on social media and just kind of imagined ourselves holding the SOLD signs for a while there lol. Contacted her for a consultation and kind of get a feel if we would jive - I was mentally preparing to fight tooth and nail for our first home and to also experience heartbreaks of losing in bidding wars so I wanted someone on our side that would make us feel supported. I felt like she was the right fit to help us purchase our first home. We started passively looking for our first home this year. Decided to test the waters in April but didn’t really get serious about it until August. Long story short, we decided to buy on an early Wednesday morning. I messaged her at like 2AM 😜 A home was listed on the market the next day (Thursday) so Guillean scheduled us the following day to view it. Looked at the home on Friday and it just felt right.
