We had a very good communication and cooperation about our house purchase. I spent months to search houses in Florida on Zillow, and found many good choices, but it was very hard to get those ones we loved a lot which are with very good lake view. Sometimes I was frustrated to searching after I missed a very good house, But Zhang was very patient to help us made offers again and again until we get the one at North Points. We are generally satisfying the house we get right now, except we have to spend time and more money to change all the bedrooms carpet floor into hardwood floor and build a swimming pool. We love the community, love the lake view and those red- crowed cranes as our guests in the backyard and front yard, also we love the fruits trees and the vegetables garden boxes in the backyard.
