Grit did an amazing job from negotiation all the way through closing. I had some issues with the house that took a while to resolve. She was a tremendous help. She stayed on top of every detail, was very punctual, and was always available through phone or text. If I couldn't reach her right away, she'd text to let me know she was in a meeting and then would return call or text promptly after that. I would definitely use her again!
