From the very beginning Grisel was very professional. She listened to my needs and worked with me at my pace as she was aware I’m a very busy professional. She was very organized and empathic with my limited time. She kind, reliable, organized, ethical. I never felt pushed to make decisions. She is such a great listener that even when what was looking for was already out of the market at the time I was ready to go and see it, she found for me a house not even in the market yet that met the all the requirements I had. She helped me with the process, and even after the closure of the house she has volunteered to help me to get a document that was not obtained by the title company and that I am in need of having. She is the best from the beginning to the end. I’d give her 5 stars in everything.
