She walked me through the every step and made sure I understood what was going on and what my responsibilities were. She was very responsive to any questions I had and I didn't have to wait long at all to get something answered. She was honest when showing homes and made sure I was informed about all the features, structures, and anything else to include the good and bad sides of anything. She is very friendly and very helpful.
