Griff Lares

I have bought and sold a house with Griff, and if i was looking in LA for another transaction, I would be wanting to work with him again. His knowledge of Highland Park is particularly extensive due to his long experience in the area. He will work VERY hard for you, and by all my accounts he is as honest as they come.

Griff was my realtor twice over the course of a decade, once for the sale of a one-bedroom condo in Highland Park, and just recently for the purchase of a house in Long Beach costing ten times the price. In both of these he was unfailingly helpful, professional, and absolutely essential to our success. Griff looked out for us in ways we couldn't possibly have foreseen -- representing us in the best possible light to the seller, scheduling, compliances, inspections, setting us up with loan advice and assistance, always answering our calls and acting on our requests; and he had a deep knowledge of the market we were getting into -- no small reassurance when everything's on the line. (He's a •terrific• babysitter through escrow :-) ) Griff was there at our house's doorstep on a morning's notice for any last-minute tours of the property we wanted to make, always cheerful, always helpful and informed on our many questions, sometimes even with a treat in his trunk for us and our kid to enjoy. When I hear from one or two friends about the way things could have gone in this hypercompetetive real estate market, I'm made even more grateful for Griff's conscientiousness and thoroughness in smoothing the bumps for us.
