Gretchen helped me purchase my first home and I am very happy to have had

Gretchen, with the Erica Diaz Team, helped me purchase my first home and I am very happy to have had her help. She is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She provided invaluable advice during the entire process from finding a home to closing. During closing she was diligent despite the roadblocks we encountered. I would recommend Gretchen and would definitely work with her again.
