Gretchen was absolutely amazing! Right off the bat she did not waste any time in calling me to answer my needs. She also was very encouraging and was willing and always ready to take me to see whatever house I wanted to see. She also paid attention to what my needs and wants are and that was something that I very much so appreciated. She was buddy, a best friend throughout this process and that's something that is helpful and needed when you're stressing over getting things done.
