I want to start out by saying that before Gretchen helped us find the house that we are in now, we were involved in a long, drawn out and convoluted short sale. Gretchen worked with us for a total of seven months and during that time her commitment, dedication and professionalism never waned. My wife really liked that she made the home buying experience easy to understand and made it so it didn't feel so daunting. When problems or issues came up, she always had a plan to mitigate the circumstance and work through it so we were happy.
