Ok, so she didn't really sell the house in 37 seconds😂 But, that is about the only thing that could have made the process with her any better than it was. We listed the house just before Thanksgiving, and she told us that it probably wouldn't see a lot of activity til after the Holidays. We had a few showings, and not much interest til after the First of the year, when we accepted an offer and closed before the first of February. She was always right on top of all our concerns, and the communication was always timely. No unreturned texts or phone calls as we have dealt with before, from other Brokers! Without a doubt, if I find myself looking to buy or sell, I will be calling Gretchen!!!
