I was going to sell myself but she said it would sell faster and for more money, if I let her list it and it did, by about 10%. She knows her stuff.

Gretchen did a wonderful job. As stated in the comments for the survey. Gretchen helped me pack up the house, getting ready to move. Also she painted the walls in the laundry room and Gretchen's husband did some minor repairs to the house. I knew Gretchen's hubsand's reputation. Having Gretchen's husband available helped me I did not have to find someone myself. In addition Gretchen came in got the house ready for sale. She help me see the advantages of the buyer but not so that it was what decided me for the buyer. Gretchen went above and beyond.

Gretchen was always available to us, by phone, text, email, or in person. She always kept a positive attitude when we were growing weary, frustrated, and tired in the search of finding our dream home. Gretchen advised of all deadlines and “dates to make”, and always kept us informed, every step of the way. We were very fortunate to have Gretchen as our RE agent! She comes highly recommended.
