When my husband and I decided to sell our property in late spring 2019, a friend recommended we call Gretchen Lancaster. She immediately proved to be the best realtor we could have hoped for. She took fantastic pictures of our property and held an open house a few days after listing it. Throughout the showing process she kept us informed of virtually everything we needed or wanted to know. Gretchen always returned our calls, even on Sundays and holidays. Even though Gretchen had dozens of clients she made us feel like we were her most important priority. Our property sold within a month and we were thrilled with the result. We would highly recommend Gretchen Lancaster to anyone selling or buying property.
