I live over an hour away from the properties being sold by Gretchen, and have been ill during the whole process, but Gretchen more than stepped up and took care of all the business and appointments that I would have needed to be there for, even including getting repairs done. She went way beyond what I (or anyone) would ever have hoped for from a realtor, and did many valuable favors for me. We weren't friends before hiring her, but now I know she is a friend. She's proven herself to be professional, and still kind and considerate, going out of her way and taking valuable time away from her life and job to help me in the selling process. The first sale (about a month ago) went very smoothly and fast, with both the buyer and I being VERY happy, as is the sale happening right now. I highly recommend Gretchen to any seller or buyer.
