We found Grechen after we been had a bad experience with our previous realtor. She was take over and found a good us a tenant quickly and find us another one to purchase as quick and smoothly. As a first time homebuyer in a "sellers market" I was prepared for a long, painful process (based on what EVERYONE told me). I contacted Gretchen and told her I was thinking about buying and wanted to take open house hopping to the next level. Next thing I knew, we were open house hopping together, and while I was roaming around the properties I could hear here asking questions to the sellers agent that I never even thought of. We looked at all the properties on my list, and she didn't even flinch when I told her I wanted to see multiple properties back to back in a short window. Long story short, she called me one day, gave me an address and told me she found my house. I raced over, walked in and immediately I knew she was right but didn't want to get my hopes up due to the amount of other buyers thinking the same thing. She gave me her recommendations on what to offer. It's now a month later and I'm writing this review from that very house, MY HOUSE!!! I was prepared for a long, painful process but my experience was anything but. I can't recommend Gretchen highly enough. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, so friendly and was with me every step of the way. I would and have recommended anyone looking to buy, sell or rent to work with Gretchen!
