She worked with us when we were out of state, met with us every time we came into town, she was so responsive via text and phone calls, she got us into every house we had interest in within 48 hours, and most of all never ever made us feel pressured into buying a house. multiple times she said she would work with us for years if it takes that long to find our dream home. Purchasing a home is usually challenging, try buying a home for your son, 3000 miles away in a city you have never been. I called around looking for someone to help me in my search...the only person that called me back(out of state area code) was Gretchen! She listened to what our needs were and put a plan in motion to find us a house. Gretchen was so knowledgeable, gave us insight into neighborhoods, she was patient and so generous with her time. She was always available to answer our every question, show my son the available properties, explain the pros and cons of properties and explain the NY Real Estate process! When the seller for the 1st offer changed his mind, she got us out of that deal pretty painlessly and found us an even better home almost immediately!
