Gretchen Fretter

Letting go of my custom build house was the last thing I wanted to do but I had to. Gretchen was the agent who helped me buy the property in the first place and I could see, even then, that she had a respect and empathy for her current client, the seller and later on, for me. She was the agent for both of us at the time. I thought then, "I'm never going to let this property go but if I do, it will have to be with Gretchen." So, about 7 years later I did come to that difficult decision. I Couldn't imagine trusting anyone else to this sale. She might be a saint considering the amount of patience she had in explaining and hand-holding any time I didn't understand something. Always calm, perceptive, always professional, available and responsive. Gretchen's years of experience and expertise is evident from the moment you meet her and I have always knew I was in the best hands. All of this made everything easy for me.
