I only had a couple of months to sell my house because I was going back to Florida. Gretchen had an open house immediately. No one from the open house made an offer, but about a week later Gretchen showed my house and had an offer in 24 hours. I did everything buyer wanted to be fixed after the home inspection, and we closed on the date stated in the contract. Gretchen has a lot of energy and was on top of all issues from the beginning.
