Gretchen helped guide me in the purchase of my first home. She collected a wishlist from me and worked hard to present me with options that not only checked the boxes but captured the feeling of the home I was after. Gretchen also coached me through the negotiating process, explaining the best options for what to offer and why. She provided me with recommendations for mortgage lenders and attorneys, all of whom were honest, responsive, and supportive people to work with. I really can't say enough good things about this experience, and I owe most of that to Gretchen's professionalism and ability. 10/10 do recommend!
