Gretchen laid out what the process was going to be like and everything fell into place according to her instructions. She gave us detailed information on which upgrades to make and which ones were not worth the time and money. She is decisive in her suggestions. She understood that the goal was to sell the place and not implement some artistic theme that would ultimately make potential buyers disinclined to purchase. She was conscious of our budget and extremely responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails. Her efforts literally paid off because we got an offer in less than a week and it was for full asking price. I'm sure that's not always going to be the case but she knocked it out of the park for my family.

Consummate professional. Prompt and clear communicator. Excellent dealmaker and always lends great advice, especially in preparing your home to sell. Overall, she made the process as least-stressful as possible. Definitely works hard for you and is willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.
